About the project
Laguna Bayside is a low-rise development of 132 apartments in Bang Tao, inside the Laguna Phuket resort. Banyan Group Residences has it under construction, with completion targeted for Q4 2028.
The design takes its cue from a canyon. Buildings follow wave-like curves and are wrapped by pools and canals, and every apartment gets its own curved terrace. Interiors are open-plan in neutral tones.
Two-bedroom apartments range from 121 to 209 m² on floors 1 to 5. The three-bedroom penthouses, 282–358 m², take the 5th floor and come with sea views and private rooftop pools.
Shared amenities include a large free-form pool, a spa, a restaurant and mini golf. Bang Tao Beach is about 410 m by road, roughly a minute’s drive; Boat Avenue (690 m), Laguna Golf Phuket (870 m) and the airport (13 km) are straight-line figures.
Laguna Phuket itself is run by Banyan Group’s subsidiary Laguna Resorts & Hotels. The payment plan has five stages, with the last due on completion.
