About the project
Garrya Residences is a 68-apartment condominium that Banyan Group Residences is building in Bang Tao, inside Laguna Phuket and close to the shore. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2028.
The look is organic minimalism: warm natural tones, wide openings, flowing water features and a reflecting pond.
The smallest homes are 57 m² one-bedroom apartments. On the 5th floor there are two-bedroom units of 113–239 m² and a three-bedroom layout of 316 m², and some penthouses have private rooftop pools.
Pools come in three kinds: a jungle pool, a lap pool and a party pool. There is also a wellness and spa zone and a beach club with a bar.
Bang Tao Beach is about 410 m away in a straight line, though the road distance is 3.5 km, about ten minutes. Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are each around 1.5 km away and the airport 14 km, also in a straight line. Payment is split into five instalments ending on completion.
