About the project
On the Bang Tao coast of Laguna Phuket, Banyan Group Residences is building Banyan Tree Beach Residences Oceanus, a condominium of just 16 residences. Completion is due in Q4 2028.
Every residence has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, ranging from 416 to 768 m² on the 3rd and 4th floors, and opens onto a large terrace. Private pools are listed among the features.
Bang Tao Beach is 650 m away by road, about three minutes’ drive. Boat Avenue is roughly 970 m in a straight line, Laguna Golf Phuket 1.1 km and the airport 13 km.
Parking is provided on site. There is a reception lobby, a workout area, a sunset barbecue terrace and round-the-clock security, and a shuttle runs around Laguna and down to the beach.
Ownership can be freehold, with a 2% registration fee, or leasehold at 1.1%. The six-step payment schedule starts with a reservation fee and ends on completion.
