About the project
Ayana Heights Seaview Residence is a 172-unit condominium going up on a hillside above Bang Tao Bay, in Phuket’s Thalang district. T.H GROUP (Tenghui) is the developer, and the building is due for completion in Q2 2027.
One-bedroom apartments measure 43–58 m², two-bedrooms 58–76 m² and three-bedrooms 113 m², on floors 1 to 7, and 59 units have sea views. The project also includes four-bedroom townhouses of 211 m² with three bathrooms.
The shared spaces are large: a pool area of more than 1,700 m² and Ayana Park, at more than 8,000 m². Add a Finnish sauna with an ice bath, a workout zone, a coworking room, a children’s reading room and an outdoor play area, a reception, and pet-friendly zones.
Layan Beach is 1.7 km by road, around four minutes. Straight-line distances: Boat Avenue 2.3 km, Laguna Golf Phuket 2.5 km, UWC Thailand 5.8 km, the airport 10 km.
Units are sold freehold, with a 10% registration fee shared 50/50 between buyer and developer. Payments run from a reservation fee and down payment through three further instalments.
