About the project
Serene Condo Surin is a 14-unit condominium in Surin, on Phuket’s west coast, developed by Serene Innovations & Developments. Construction has reached the finishing stage, with completion planned for Q4 2026; the project picked up several industry awards in 2020.
There are two pools, one on the roof with a bar and one at ground level, plus a restaurant, a coffee shop, a spa with sauna, a workout zone, a reception and a landscaped park area. Parking is underground, and a shuttle service is provided.
Studios of 28–31 m² are spread across floors 1 to 6. One-bedroom apartments of roughly 39–40 m² are on floors 3 to 5, and a three-bedroom unit of 135 m² is on the sixth floor; some of the one- and three-bedroom units have sea views.
Surin Beach is a 1.7 km, four-minute drive. Pansea Beach is 1.8 km (six minutes) and Laem Singh 2.4 km (five). Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are both about 2.8–2.9 km away in a straight line, and the airport is 15 km.
Freehold registration is 6.3%, shared equally, and leasehold 1.1%. The price is paid as a reservation fee plus three instalments.
