About the project
Rhea by Sansiri is a 61-unit condominium under construction in Surin, in Phuket’s Thalang district, with handover planned for Q4 2027.
The layout is built around what Sansiri calls a Secret Lagoon: a large central pool wrapped in communal gardens. One-bedroom apartments of 34.75 m² are on the ground floor only; two-bedroom units run from 48 to 120 m² across floors 1 to 5.
Three beaches lie within 2 km by road. Pansea is the closest at 760 m, three minutes away, followed by Surin Beach at 960 m and Laem Singh at 1.7 km, each about four minutes. Boat Avenue and Laguna Golf Phuket are both around 3.2 km in a straight line, and the airport is 15 km.
Shared spaces include a lobby, a fitness centre, covered and open-air training areas, a yoga zone, a Finnish sauna with an ice bath and a sun terrace. The coworking room looks out over the pool. Pet owners get a dedicated pet park, and there is a laundry, parking with EV chargers and 24-hour security.
Payments are split into five steps, from booking and contract through two down payments to the ownership transfer.
