Surin Beach is just 260 m away by road. Laem Singh (830 m) and Pansea (980 m) are also within a four-minute drive. Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue lie roughly 3.7–3.8 km away in a straight line, and the airport about 16 km.
Units range from one-bedroom apartments of 31–62 m² and two-bedrooms of 62–100 m², found on floors 1 to 5, to three-bedroom residences of 131 m² on floors 2 to 4.
