About the project
The Title Balcony is a 222-unit condominium in Nai Yang, next to Sirinat National Park in Phuket’s Thalang district. Rhom Bho Property PLC is building it, with completion planned for Q1 2028.
The park is 730 m by road and Nai Yang Beach roughly 300 m in a straight line. The airport is close as well: 2.4 km, or about six minutes’ drive.
Apartments are compact. One-bedroom units measure 33–50 m² and two-bedroom units 50–63 m², spread across floors 1 to 5, with the two-bedrooms from the 2nd floor up.
The grounds are landscaped to resemble a beach. The centrepiece is a 25 m by 6 m lap pool, joined by a hot pool, a lagoon jacuzzi and the Kid Sea children’s pool with a toddler section. Children also get a park with a treehouse and a playroom with board games; adults have a workout zone, a boxing area and a Finnish sauna with an ice bath. There is also a reception.
Freehold and leasehold are available, each with a 1% registration fee. Payments are made in five stages, from booking to the transfer of ownership.
