Saint Tropez Naithon is a 69-apartment condominium under construction in Nai Thon, on Phuket’s north-west coast in Thalang district. The developer is Phuvista Condo Co., Ltd., and completion is scheduled for Q4 2028.
As the name suggests, the design looks to the French Riviera: Mediterranean architecture outside; natural materials, wood finishes and large windows inside.
One-bedroom apartments range from 36 to 66 m², and two-bedroom units with one bathroom from 50 to 68 m², on floors 1 to 7. Shared spaces include a pool, a gym, a children’s playroom, a lobby with reception, a covered rooftop terrace, gardens and parking.
Nai Thon Beach is about 1 km away in a straight line, and the airport is close at 6.9 km. Boat Avenue (6.7 km) and Laguna Golf Phuket (7 km) are at a similar distance.
Both freehold and leasehold are offered, with registration fees of 2% and 1.1% respectively, each shared equally between buyer and owner.
