About the project
Maviston Mai Khao is a four-storey condominium of 50 apartments in Mai Khao, on Phuket’s north-west coast. MaiKhao Group, founded in 2008 and behind four hotels so far, is building it for completion in Q4 2026.
Units start large. One-bedroom apartments are 64–75 m² on the second and third floors, two-bedrooms 88–89 m² and three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments 106 m². Nine units have sea views, and the design calls for panoramic windows and wide terraces.
Facilities include a beach restaurant, a spa, a workout zone, a kids’ club, an event hall and a grocery store, with a wellness centre to follow.
Sai Kaew Beach is 1.2 km by road, about three minutes, and the airport just 7.8 km in a straight line. The west-coast hubs are far: Boat Avenue and Laguna Golf Phuket are both around 20 km away.
