The layouts range widely: studios of 30–52 m², one-bedroom units of 41.5–93 m² and two-bedroom units of 66.6–130.4 m². Three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments of 115–118 m² are all on the sixth floor. Homes occupy floors 1 to 7.
