About the project
The first of two phases at VIP Tropika, this 300-unit condominium is planned for Bang Tao, part of Thalang district on Phuket’s west coast. VIP Thailand Development Company has opened sales before breaking ground and is aiming for completion in Q1 2028.
By road, Bang Tao Beach is 3.2 km away, about an 11-minute drive, even though the straight-line distance is only just over a kilometre. Laguna Golf Phuket (1.4 km), Boat Avenue (1.6 km), UWC Thailand (4 km) and Royal Phuket Marina (9.8 km) are all given as straight-line figures, as is the airport at 14 km.
Studios measure 29–30 m² and one-bedroom apartments about 45 m². Two-bedroom units are 60–61 m², and three-bedroom units run from 90 to 139 m²; both larger types are on floors 4 to 7, while the smaller ones start at ground level.
Residents get a workout zone, a children’s playroom and a coworking space. Payment is a deposit plus four instalments under the contract. The developer says an in-house quality-control team supervises its sites. VIP Tropika (Phase 2), due in 2029, has its own listing.
