About the project
The Title Modeva is a 370-unit condominium under construction in Bang Tao, Thalang. Rhom Bho Property PLC has scheduled completion for Q1 2027; it already has two finished buildings in the same area, The Title Legendary and The Title Heritage Bang-Tao.
The beach is closer than the drive suggests. Bang Tao Beach is about 660 m away in a straight line but 3.1 km by road, roughly nine minutes. Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are 1.3 and 1.4 km away in a straight line, UWC Thailand 4.3 km and the airport 14 km.
One-bedroom apartments measure 29–55 m² and are spread over floors 1 to 7. Larger options are two-bedroom units of 113 m² on floor 1 and three-bedroom units of 146–148 m² on floors 1 to 6. All have wide panoramic windows.
Pools include a lap pool, a hot pool, a children’s pool and a natural lagoon for aqua therapy, with a jacuzzi on the roof. A hammam and a Finnish sauna with an ice bath make up the wellness area. Residents also have coworking space, a business lounge, a lobby lounge, a home theatre, a kids’ club, a workout zone and a pet sanctuary.
