About the project
Siamese Bangtao is a 271-unit lakeside condominium in Bang Tao, Thalang, due for completion in Q4 2027. It is developed by Siamese Stone Development, a partnership that includes Siamese Asset, the contractor RITTA, Dynasty Development and Cornerstone.
Pools take up a large part of the plan: a main pool, a lap pool, a shallow pool, a children’s pool, a hot pool and a rooftop pool. The spa side adds a hammam, a Finnish sauna and ice baths, while active residents get a workout zone, a jogging track on the slope and a paddle tennis court.
