About the project
Essence Residence is an 87-unit condominium under construction in Rawai, in the south of Phuket. The developer, Harmony Group, has been active on the island since 2014 and plans to complete the building in Q4 2026.
Studios and one-bedroom apartments are both about 52–54 m². Two-bedroom, two-bathroom units start at 80.8 m² and go up to 244.4 m². Homes are spread over floors 1 to 7 and come with smart-home integration.
The rooftop holds an infinity pool and a terrace. Elsewhere there is a gym, a children’s pool and playgrounds, a two-storey restaurant, a reception desk and a pet area, plus secure underground parking with EV chargers.
Lighthouse International School Phuket is only 650 m away by road, a two-minute drive, and the International School of Phuket (ISP) 2.1 km. Friendship Beach is 1.3 km, about four minutes. Central Phuket is 10 km away in a straight line, the airport 34 km.
Apartments can be bought freehold, with a 2.2% registration fee shared 50/50, or leasehold at 1.1%. After the reservation fee there are three payments, the first at contract signing 15 days later.
