Babylon Sky Garden 2 is a 49-unit condominium in Rawai, in Phuket’s south, built by Billfishing Phuket Co., Ltd. and completed in Q4 2025.
The Italian-inspired building is oriented towards the sea, and a good share of the apartments have sea views. Studios of 43–45 m² are on floors 2–3, one-bedroom apartments of 44–87 m² on floors 2–4 and two-bedroom units of 68–142 m² on floors 1–5.
There are two main pools, a 157 m² pool with a jet spa area and a 62 m² infinity pool with hydromassage, plus a children’s pool. A workout zone, laundry facilities and a park round things off.
Lighthouse International School Phuket is 1.3 km by road, and the Rawai seafood market and Rawai Beach are both about 1.4 km, four minutes’ drive. Rawai Park is 2.1 km and Friendship Beach 3.4 km; the airport is 36 km away in a straight line.
Registration fees are 3.35% for freehold and 0.55% for leasehold. Payment comes in four steps: reservation, contract, an interim instalment and the balance on handover and transfer at the Land Office. The developer is also behind Babylon Pool Villas in Nai Harn.
