About the project
The Balance by the Beach is a 69-unit condominium under construction on Kata Road in Kata, south-west Phuket, scheduled for completion in Q4 2026. It is developed by The Beach Resort Company Limited, whose portfolio includes The Beach Condotel and The Bloc.
Kata Beach is about 540 m away in a straight line, or 1.5 km and six minutes by road. Dino Park Mini Golf is 990 m (four minutes) and the Big Buddha 12 km by road. In a straight line, Central Phuket is 10 km and the airport 32 km.
One-bedroom apartments range from 38 to 57 m² across floors 1 to 7, and two-bedroom units are 74–76 m² on floors 2 to 7. Apartments are fitted with a home automation system.
