About the project
VIP Space Odyssey (Phase 1) is a 287-apartment condominium in Rawai, between Nai Harn and Rawai beaches at the southern tip of Phuket. It is the first phase of a VIP Thailand Development Company complex; sales opened before construction, and handover is planned for Q4 2027.
Units are compact: studios of 29–32 m², one-bedroom apartments of 32–45 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 60–69 m², on floors 1 to 8. Eight of them come with a sea view.
The roof is reserved for two infinity pools. Inside are a workout zone and a children’s playroom, and the plans include shops and commercial space on site.
Rawai Beach is about 1.9 km by road and Nai Harn Beach 2.1 km, each six or seven minutes away; Promthep Cape and its viewpoint are 2.6 km. Measured in a straight line, Central Phuket is 14 km, British International School Phuket 18 km and the airport 37 km.
The ownership registration fee is split equally between buyer and developer. Payment runs from a deposit through four contract instalments. Phase 2, due in 2029, repeats the formula, and both phases also include pool villas.
