About the project
Utopia Urban Glam is a 75-unit condominium under construction in Rawai, in the south of Phuket. Utopia Corporation is the developer, and handover is expected in Q4 2028.
Nai Harn Beach is 1.6 km by road, a five-minute drive. Rawai Beach, Yanui Beach, Rawai Seafood Market and the Windmill Viewpoint are all 3–3.6 km away, or 8–9 minutes, and Rawai Park is 2.8 km. The airport, by contrast, is 37 km away in a straight line.
Studios and one-bedroom units are almost the same size, 30–31 m², while the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are about 60 m². Units are spread over floors 1 to 7.
The pool comes with sun loungers and water slides for children. There will also be a gym, a restaurant, round-the-clock security and CCTV.
Both freehold and leasehold are offered, with registration fees of 2% and 1% respectively. Payment falls into four stages: reservation, a down payment on signing, a payment when construction is complete and the remainder before handover.
