Rawai Seafood Market is 1.3 km by road, roughly a three-minute drive. In a straight line, Rawai Beach is about 1.2 km away, Central Phuket 14 km and the airport 38 km. Residents can take the building’s shuttle to Nai Harn Beach.
Layouts are simple: one-bedroom apartments of 30.5–39.3 m² and a two-bedroom plan of 69.8 m², all with air conditioning and fitted kitchens.
