Art House Group completed Proud Residence, a 188-apartment condominium in Kata on Phuket’s west coast, in Q4 2024. The building is ready to move into.
There are two layouts. One-bedroom, one-bathroom units of 35 m² run from the first floor to the seventh, while two-bedroom, two-bathroom units of 60.5 m² are on the sixth floor.
Shared spaces include a rooftop garden, a rooftop bar and restaurant, and a pool with a wide ocean view. For everyday use there is a reception, a workout zone with a sauna, a children’s playroom, parking and 24-hour security.
Kata Beach is about 870 m away in a straight line. Further out, Central Phuket is 10 km, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 12 km, British International School Phuket 14 km and the airport 32 km.
