About the project
Ever Prime Residences is a 470-unit condominium under construction on a gentle hillside in Kata, between Kata and Karon beaches. Ever Prime Development Co., Ltd. is building four eight-storey blocks, with completion planned for Q1 2028.
Kata Beach is 1.4 km by road and Karon Beach 2.2 km, each around five minutes’ drive. Dino Park Mini Golf is 840 m away and the Big Buddha 12 km (24 minutes). Central Phuket is about 9.9 km in a straight line, the airport 31 km.
Apartments range from one-bedroom units of 33–45 m² and two-bedroom units of 47–60 m² to four-bedroom residences of 176 m², across floors 1 to 8. In all, 166 apartments have sea views.
For swimming there are twin lap pools, a rooftop pool facing the ocean and a children’s pool; for sport, a squash court and training areas. The wellness wing combines a Finnish sauna, a hammam, ice and hot baths and a spa with Thai massage. A 24-hour Villa Market, a Chiang Mai Coffee outlet and coworking space are planned, along with on-site parking.
Payment is made in six stages, the last when the keys are handed over.
