About the project
Hennessy Residence is an Art Deco-styled condominium of 301 apartments under construction in Karon, on Phuket’s west coast. Art House Group targets completion in Q4 2027; a separate villa project under the same name is also going up in Karon.
The apartments are one-bedroom, one-bathroom units of 46.5–47 m², spread over floors 1 to 5.
Karon Beach is 1.6 km by road, a three-minute drive, and the Karon Temple night market is 1.7 km, about four minutes. In a straight line, Central Phuket is around 9 km, British International School Phuket 12 km and the airport 29 km.
Facilities mix leisure and work: an infinity pool, a workout zone, a library with coworking space, a restaurant, several bars and a Cohiba cigar lounge. The roof is planted as a garden with photo spots, children get a playroom, and there is a reception, a laundry and 24-hour security.
Buyers can choose freehold, with a 2% registration fee, or leasehold at 1%. A reservation is followed by seven payments: the contract within 30 days, five construction milestones from site preparation to the finished unit, and the last at ownership registration.
