Lekiri is a group of six sea-view pool villas above Kalim Beach in Patong, Kathu district. Al-Barakat Property Co., Ltd. is developing it, with completion set for Q4 2026.
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes range from 206 to 274 m², three-bedroom, three-bathroom ones from 211 to 225 m², and every one has a private pool. Wide terraces face the sea, and some layouts add a rooftop deck for lounging and dining.
