About the project
Kamala Ocean Valley is a set of 12 sea-view villas on the hillside above Kamala, in Phuket’s Kathu district. Botanica Luxury Villas is developing it; the project is in pre-sale, construction has not started, and completion is targeted for Q4 2027.
By road, Kamala Beach is about 2.5 km away, nine minutes’ drive, and Phuket FantaSea 1.7 km. Laem Singh Beach is 4.4 km (12 minutes) and Surin Beach 5.5 km. Laguna Golf Phuket and Boat Avenue are roughly 4.5–4.7 km in a straight line, the airport 17 km.
All twelve homes share one format: four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 725 to 790 m², each looking out to sea. Open-plan living spaces lead onto wide terraces and a long private pool, and some master suites step straight out to the water. Each house also has a modern kitchen, staff quarters and private parking, and the estate has 24-hour security.
Buyers pay in seven stages, from a reservation and a contract payment within 30 days through four construction milestones to a final payment at the ownership transfer. Freehold registration fees are shared 50/50.
